It’s been a mad week. With more snow than I’ve ever experienced. The road from Dundee to Forfar, where the exhibition is, was so covered in snow that you couldn’t see the outside lane of the dual carriageway. We started hanging the work, but had to abandon it for a few days until the roads were clear.

Amazingly, and without any risk, the exhibition was installed and I’m really pleased with the results.

The Loom Runs. The Smoke Rises is now officially open at The Meffan Museum & Art Gallery. It runs until 7th April. Most of the work is for sale, although a few pieces are generously on loan from the Dundee Heritage Trust Collection.
